94 The color purple
I love all the hues of purple..the violets, the lilacs, the lavenders. Love it, love it, love it. I probably developed a liking for this color way back in high school. Even my 18th birthday debutante party had a lavender theme. You're almost certain to find something purple in my closet, inside my bag, on my workstation at home and on my gadgets. That's how much I love the color. It has also become a trademark in my designs, I always like to squeeze in a bit of purple in the color scheme. Just some facts:
Purple is a non-spectral color between violet and red. Non-spectral meaning it is not in the visible light spectrum.
Purple is associated with royalty and nobility. Why? Ages ago, this dye or pigment was very expensive to manufacture, so only the elites are able to afford it.
93 Blueberry Cheesecake
Not too long ago, I blogged about Cheesecake, Etc where I get my blueberry cheesecake fix. If you've eaten their low fat berry blue then you'll understand why this goes on my list. This is also on my list of comfort foods. Although when I'm on an all time low I rarely eat, that's why it's so easy for me to lose weight. No matter, if I need an instant mood uplifter, then I'd be sure to grab a slice of one of these.
92 Sketchpads
I love collecting them! I'm very particular with choosing sketchpads with the right paper grade and weight. I doodle a lot so I guess my standard artist kit has to have a staple of at least 2 kinds, one for regular sketching and one for immediate rendering with watercolor or markers. Recently I've developed a liking for designer sketchpads but they're really expensive here, so I try to limit buying every two months. :-)See more from this category here.
