A lot like love

This is the story of how Emily (Amanda Peet) and Oliver (Aston Kutcher) eventually found their way back into each other's arms after numerous chance encounters and almosts. I love this movie because it's not your typical sappy romance flick, the good doze of humor and funny antics gives it its irresistible charm. Plus Aston and Amanda's chemistry is unbelievable in this film.

Why I love it
Well the story in itself was very touching. The hits and misses and the almosts. I keep pining for them to get together immediately but it was always bad timing. Somehow I'm reminded of the powerful force of destiny and that everything and everyone has a reason for crossing paths with your life. Well call me sappy and melodramatic but I would like to believe in it and just have blind faith. This light romantic comedy will still remain to be one of my favorites.

The songs
The soundtrack for this movie is really good. I've had it on my music library for a while. I especially like Aqualung's song, Brighter than Sunshine. Everytime I hear it playing, I'm reminded of the movie. Check it out as well. It's both win win with this one.
