The Echo is the english adaptation of Yam Laranas' horror movie "Sigaw" With the help of Roy Lee, the 2004 movie was remade into a format more suited for American audiences. Jesse Bradford plays the lead character and Iza Calzado reprises her role as the victimized wife. The Echo will hit local theaters on September 30.
