Globe Youniverse event

I was fortunate enough to be one of the bloggers invited to the launch of Globe's newest campaign and product. Adding to the product family of Globe Tattoo is the new Globe Tattoo sim. The cards that house the sims themselves are radically designed with modern hip and rebellious designs to tie to the them of the Globe Youniverse. The product concept is the use of just one sim both for mobile phone and internet. This retails to Php 40.

The launch also introduced a new service in the form of Immortal Txt. It boasts of the "no expiry" text. For Php10, postpaid and prepaid subscribers could have 50 texts to Globe/TM and 10 texts to other networks that never expire. Just register by texting IMMORTAL10 and sending it to 8888. As long as you have a Php1 balance, you can avail of this service.

One other thing that caught my attention was the launch of the Youniverse Mashboard site. You can access it here. It boasts of a user-friendly and highly customizable interface tailor-fitted to a "mashers" every whim. You can open several separate windows and drag them across the site and place them anywhere to your liking. Although still in alpha mode, users are allowed to run through the site's features and give feedback for future development use.
