Yahoo Meme is Yahoo’s answer to microblogging much similar to the platform and look of Tumblr. I’m giving it a try and I’ve tried to separate it from my Tumblr blog.
You can choose a microblog showing photos or links to interesting posts that you can find around the web. Like Tumblr, you can also choose to follow interesting memes and see their updates on your dashboard. You can also sync your Twitter updates here and see them on the dashboard as well. Customization is somewhat limited as of now and there are certain bug fixes being done since it’s still in the testing mode. Although personally, I think Yahoo Meme needs to add more unique features and options for it to stand out from previous more established microblog sites. But if you don’t mind and would like to try it out for yourself, then you can request for an invite from an existing yahoo meme user.
