Most people don't know that I dance or much less that I love doing it. I used to dance a lot during my highschool days. I even was a cheerleader before. Haha imagine that. I miss it so much. There's nothing that beats the feeling after a dance performance. Probably my favorite style is modern jazz. I can do ballroom but I need to work on my streetdancing though.
72 Yoga
My first yoga class was the introductory class I took at Bikram at the urging of my friend Ella. It was hard!! I almost collapsed during the first part of the session. Bikram yoga classes are different from most yoga practices out there because they do the poses inside a hot room. Although I'm not doing much yoga nowadays, I still plan on picking up where I left off before but that would make me a beginner again. Oh well.
71 Muay Thai
I tried out doing Muay Thai with my bestfriend and his wife at Ortigas. It was fun although I think it's more of a guy sport. I loved it though. I have the highest kicks in class! I have to work on my punches and build up my arm muscles to build up strength. Check out my previous post.
