I finally got my Belle De Jour planner! Woot! I can't wait to start writing entries for it next year. I know that there are a lot of electronic alternatives to the conventional planner but I still prefer to write down my tasks and events on paper. In addition to this, BDJ planners are always jam packed with coupons, which I admit offers good discounts from really great stores. Oriented towards the empowered woman, this has a lot of personal finance charts, travel planners, lists, priority boxes and inspirational quotes for the week which I think provides a benchmark for the other planners locally available that have tried to copy the original BDJ trademark contents. Next year's planner is also cloth covered and spring bound with the bookmark ribbon thankfully not glued anymore to the cover but tied to the planner's rings. Belle de Jour planners are available at National Bookstore, Fullybooked and Powerbooks branches.
