I attended this event at the Music Hall area inside the Sm Mall of Asia with my fellow bloggers sometime ago. The Toblerone Thank You day started out as an effort to revive the lost art of saying "Thank You." In a survey held by Reader's Digest in 2006, Manila ranked 22 out of 35 countries in the Least Courteous List. The following year, Toblerone launched its Thank You day campaign.
Toblerone held a contest to vote for entries for the Spread the Sweetness of Gratitude Photo Competition and the winners announced at the event were:
Remi Ann Sta. Cruz’s ‘My best playmate ever’ photo shows how we should not forget to thank those who are closest to us.
Pat Laroco’s ‘Smooch and Pooch’ shows us how family can mean a lot of different things, but there are always ways to show how much we appreciate them.
For this year also, former President Corazon Aquino was the recipient of 1st National Thank You Day award.

My entry for the Spread the Sweetness of Gratitude on my friend Ria's blog won and I got to take home a box of mini-toblerones aside from the other box that I already got for going to the event. So I gave the other box to the person I'm most thankful for.

BIG NEWS: I do know that 13 years of perfect handling and distributor by Composite enterprises corp. And recently heard it was "hijack" by Mckenzie with insider "red tape" with Kraft Philippines team to get the exclusivity of handling the products. Truth will be told, Bad Karma to those groups who want to get it and don't even have the right experience to do so. We should boycot kraft Philippines for doing such a bad move.
