When is a Dress considered Sexy?

I was watching the Hollywood celebrities strut on the red carpet during the Grammy Awards today and I saw so many variations of the evening dress, cocktail dress and even couture dresses. All of them were from designer labels and no matter how the star was wearing them, they exuded a certain kind of sexiness. So when is a dress considered sexy? Is it dictated by the amount of skin that it requires for you to show? Is it the fabric? Is it the cut? Is it the color?

Sexy Dresses are a staple on every event, holiday or celebration. I mean who wouldn't want to be seen as sexy right? A Sexy Dresses lets you show a special kind of confidence and glow that lets you be the belle of the night. Although, there's a fine line between wearing a sexy and a sleazy dress. Red as the color of course, almost always comes to mind when a sexy dress is mentioned, as well as black. Silk and velvet are the top choices of fabric for a sexy dress.

Remember also though that sexiness is also a state of mind. You can wear any kind of dress and still be sexy as long as you feel sexy.
