Human Nature Sunflower Oil, The Miracle Worker

By Cher Cabula-Mendoza - Thursday, March 29, 2018

Whenever I’m tasked to design bathrooms, one of the questions that clients ask me is where they would be putting their toiletries. As we all know, we women have different skin regimens that we follow routinely each day and we all use multiple products to care for our skin. So as a designer, I have to take into account that I have to allot ample space for such beauty products. Having a lot is fine for the home but not at all convenient for travelling.

My recent discovery of Human Nature Sunflower Beauty Oil is the “all-in-one-product” we should all be using. It’s a miracle oil that has vitamins A, D and E aside from the sunflower oil extract that has the beauty community all in awe. By the way, this is not a paid post but an honest review from a very happy customer.

There are a lot of beauty oils out there and each claim to have lots of miracle uses. I have tried Argan Oil myself and it was great for my thick and dry hair. Human Nature Sunflower Beauty Oil claims to have 23 miracles on its belt.

23 miracles from head to toe
1. Helps soften and lighten underarms
2. Helps lighten dark undereye circles
3. Helps lighten dark spots & pimple marks
4. Helps lighten dark lips
5. Helps lighten lesions and scars
6. Helps prevent & lighten the appearance of stretch marks
7. Undereye moisturizer
8. Softens feet soles, knees & elbows
9. Removes stubborn makeup
10. Overall body moisturizer
11. Helps diminish fine lines around the eyes
12. Helps soften cuticles and dry skin
13. Makes skin glow and helps keep it youthful-looking
14. Helps improve skin condition after sunburn
15. Helps relax tired, puffy eyes
16. Helps relieve itch & redness caused by insect bites
17. Nourishes & conditions eyelashes
18. Adds shine to dull hair
19. Helps ease dry & itchy scalp
20. Smoothens dry, rough skin from shaving
21. Helps calm skin & ease rashes
22. Helps relieve symptoms of skin infections
23. Helps hydrate dry patches on face

While I still haven’t gotten the chance to use it for all the 23 uses stated on the product site, I did use it for the following:
· As a moisturizer. I have combination skin and while you probably won’t believe that oil won’t make your skin oilier (I didn’t believe too at first), as soon as the sunflower oil is absorbed by your skin, you’ll immediately feel the difference.
· Eased the itch on my scalp. When I came from HK, it was probably the shift from cold to hot and dry weather that triggered the irritation on my scalp. I began to itch and flake like crazy. While treating my scalp to an anti-dandruff conditioner, I also used the oil to help with the itch. Lo and behold, it worked!
· I don’t usually do manicures. I just keep my nails trimmed and that’s about it. I admit I am not paying attention to my cuticles as much as I should. There are times that they become so dry and just a little dab of this oil works wonders in hydrating them up.
· To help diminish dark spots and pimple marks. I am currently doing this. I have some spots on my cheeks other than freckles that I feel conscious about. I did notice some lightening but I feel that I have to be using it for far longer to see the difference so it’s still on a “we shall see” stage. To date though, I’m feeling positive about it.

For only Php 174.75 for a 100mL bottle, this is such a steal. The bottle will last very long because you only need a few drops for each use. You can either buy it online or at a beauty store nearest you. What’s best about Human Nature products is that they’re cruelty free.
