Tom Holland's Spider-Man is back for another adventure in the upcoming film, Spider-Man: Far From Home which will be shown in theaters this year during the month of July. Columbia Pictures has just released the first teaser trailer for the film and it looks really good! Fans of the Homecoming series won't be disappointed.

I was on vacation in the US for more than two months and I had been away from the blogging scene here in the Philippines for quite a while. My first movie premiere when I got back was last week and it was for A Star is Born starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. Yes, she's also an actress now and another fun fact is that Bradley Cooper also directed this movie. What I didn't know was that this movie was a remake of a remake. So not having seen any of the previous movies before, I had no expectations when I came out to see the film. Maybe it was also why for the first few minutes of the movie, I was totally blown away that Bradley Cooper can sing! My husband on the other hand, thought that this was Lady Gaga's story. Aside from the subtle hint in the movie title, what's it about really?

When you say horror movies, what immediately comes to mind? For me it’s nightmarish creatures, screams and all gore. I’m not a complete fan of the genre, I close my eyes more than I should and I watch audience reactions instead. Well, okay now you know my secret but you know what? I braved through my fear of horror movies to watch John Krasinski’s, A Quiet Place. I heard so much about it from social media and from my friends that I just had to. So one long weekend, me and the husband actually came out to see it. He’s a much more scaredy cat than I am, so the curiosity won over. Oh and by the way, I know that this is a long and overdue post. But hey, I’m currently waiting for all my emails to sync over this new email client that I’m trying and I’ve got time before we hit the gym. So let me flex my writing muscles, shall we?

I've always admired Joseph Gordon-Levitt for his capability to choose roles that are not only physically challenging but memorable as well. This is especially true in his latest upcoming film, The Walk. The film is directed by Robert Zemeckis and is based from French high wire artist Philippe Petit's book, "To Reach the Clouds".

Probably the most awaited film this December is the third and final film for The Hobbit Trilogy. Finally, Bilbo’s journey is about to come to an end and what a spectacular end it’s shaping up to be. The last film with the title, The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies is set to be released in cinemas on December 12th. As early as now, I’ve seen several cinemas already selling tickets to the movie.

Daniel Craig will be back next year as the world’s most loved super spy in the movie Spectre. Returning to the film as well are Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw and Rory Kinnear. The great news is that an addition of exceptional actors will make the movie’s plot more interesting. These are Christoph Waltz, Léa Seydoux, Dave Bautista, Monica Bellucci and Andrew Scott.
